Bookings

All bookings are in CAD. Taxes are shown at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details.

Prices include HST/GST where applicable within Ontario.
Minimum age without guardian: 16 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Group size cap: 10 guests per guide to maintain safety and quality.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start time. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies to cover guide scheduling.

No-shows are charged 100% of the booking value.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to guide availability and may incur the same 50% fee.

Respect public spaces and adhere to local regulations. We may refuse service for misconduct or safety concerns.

Follow guide instructions near roadways, construction zones, and crowded areas.
Substances impairing judgment are not permitted during tours.
Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior leads to immediate termination without refund.

We accept major credit cards and Interac debit. Your card is authorized at booking and charged upon confirmation.

All transactions are processed over encrypted connections.
Chargebacks for completed services may be contested with attendance and route logs.
Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Tours proceed in light rain or snow. Severe weather advisories may prompt rescheduling or refunds at our discretion.

We provide ponchos when sudden rain occurs while on route, subject to availability.
If a tour is paused due to lightning or extreme wind, we will resume or reschedule.
Please wear appropriate footwear; icy or uneven surfaces may be part of routes.

Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged during tours.

You must disclose medical conditions that could impact participation.
We maintain commercial general liability insurance compliant with Ontario standards.
By joining, you consent to non-intrusive safety briefings and route adjustments.

We collect only what’s necessary to deliver service and communicate about your booking. We do not sell personal data.
